What are the delivery costs and delays on Girlsinparis.com?

You can be delivered in Pick-up locations So Colissimo or straight to your home, office, etc in standard delivery by La Poste (french carrier) with Colissimo without signature.

In all cases, a tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse.

The Pick-up locations delivery is free over 80 euros of purchase (except gift box and sales). It costs 4.90 euros under.

Home delivery with Colissimo is free over 80 euros of purchase (except gift boxes and sales). Otherwise, the shipping costs are 4.90 euros.

We dispatch withing 24 hours maximum for orders placed from sunday to friday before 10am. All of our products available on the website are in stock in our warehouse. Orders placed from friday after 10am to sunday are shipped the monday morning, the warehouse doesn't sent orders on the weekend.

La Poste delivers in 48h to 72h with So Colissimo and Colissimo ( generally observed for shipping delays). An email and a text message will be sent to you when your parcel will be available at the Pick-up location. You have 10 days to pick your parcel up with the text message or email you've received and your ID.

Undelivered orders and those returned to our warehouse (for a wrong address or for an unrecovered parcel in the delays at the post office or at the Pick-up location) have a special treatment. Girls In paris contacts you and offers you either the refund of your order or generates you a credit note of the amount paid for these items to allow you to re-order. In that case, don't forget to edit you delivery address in your client account if it was the problem.

Are the returns free?

Returns are free.

You can only make your return via La Poste using our pre-paid return shipping label you can download in your customer account.

Please note that returns by So Colissimo (in Pick-up location) aren't accepted.

 

What is the return policy?

To be approved by our logistic partner, returned goods must be unworn and unwashed. They must be labelled with their intact original packaging (box, plastic sleeve etc.) otherwise, we won't be able to proceed to your reimbursement.

Once your return is received and accepted by our logistic partner, Girls In paris refunds within 10 working days maximum (in average, we refund you under 2 or 3 working days.) You'll be refunded via the initial way of payement you've used to pay your order (credit card or Paypal). A single use credits cards and e-cards will be refunded by cheque.

For any return of order due to an address incorrectly written by mistake, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Girls In Paris will only refund the returned products.

The Girls in Paris gift box is neither exchangeable or refundable.

Any offered products in the case of a promotional operation (tote bag, etc) should be restored if you exchange or return your order. For any new order, the offered product will be sent back to you.

Our products are designed in France and carefully made in China. Our manufacturers adhere to a code of conduct regarding quality of manufacturing and working conditions and other social concerns as the REACH certificate testifies.

How does the Girls in Paris loyalty program work?

When you place your order on girlsinparis.com, you are automatically enrolled in the free Cool Girls loyalty program. You accumulate points from each of your online purchases: 1€ = 1 point. As soon as you reach 150 points, you receive a little gift from the team in your parcel!

Your points are accumulated over a year from the date of your first order, beyond this date, your counter will be set back to zero to start a new year.

Points earned are calculated on the orders total, without taking account of any promo codes or shipping costs. Returned items decrements your point balance accordingly.

If you make a return, even partially, the product offered must be returned as the same time as the returned items. Girls In Paris can claim back the gift before processing your reimbursement.

What are the delivery costs and delays on Girlsinparis.com?

Delivery delays run from 1 to 7 working days. You can click here to see an estimated shipping time by country.

Parcels are sent via UPS.

Parcels are sent via La Poste for orders from Belgium.

In all cases, a tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the return policy?

Returns must be completed within 30 days, at your expense, via the carrier of your choice.

Returns must be made in their original packaging.

As soon as we receive your item, you will be refunded within 10 days on the credit you paid with or on your PayPal account. Single-use e-cards will be refunded by check. Returned items must not have been worn or washed and must include all original tags and labels in their intact packaging (box, plastic bag etc.). Unfortunately, we will not be able to process returns that do not fulfill all of these conditions.

For any return of order due to an address incorrectly written by mistake, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Girls In Paris will only refund the returned products.

Our gift box is non-refundable and exchangeable.

What is the procedure to return my order on GirlsinParis.com?

To return your order, you can click here and follow the instructions. When you are in the "My Orders" section, select the relevant order and indicate the reason for returning the item(s) in the "Return" section.

We will send you an email to confirm your request. This e-mail serves as a return form and contains an identification number. You can either print the return form or write your identification number to your delivery note which shall in all cases be attached to your return package. WARNING : We will not be able to process returns quickly if they do not comply with this procedure.

All returns must include the delivery form placed in your parcel (a photocopy if necessary) and the return identification number assigned by Girls In Paris.

To help us process your return, please note on your delivery form the reason you are returning the item (wrong size, wrong color, wrong model delivered).

Return your parcel to the following address: Girls In Paris - 2 rue Alfred Kastler, 67610 La Wantzenau, FRANCE. Be careful to properly close the original packaging in your parcel (It could be a small cardboard box or a bubble envelope).

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 30 days after delivery to request your return and send us back the product(s).

Is the payment totally secure on GirlsinParis.com?

Yes it is.

To make sure your transactions are safe, Girls In Paris has chosen the bank LCL and the secure area PAYBOX.

We guarantee Girls In Paris never collects your bank details. They are encrypted by Secure Socket Layer security systeme(SSL). The password you choose when creating your account is also encrypted before being stored in our database.
